We are happy to provide our delightful creations to residential, commercial and industrial customers of all varieties. From residential buildings, house covenant approvals, townhouses and apartments to streetscapes and street tree planting schemes. We are proud to prepare designs for commercial and industrial complexes of all sizes. We are also happy to work with places of worship and community title schemes or parks. Planning and Design Specialists
We specialise in preparing detailed landscape plans that include all information required to get a landscaper, yourself or your builder to construct the landscaping. The plans include quantities, materials schedules and plant schedules so that you can order materials, work out costs and ongoing maintenance. Opinions of costs can be prepared for bond applications or to work out possible costs for the job. All of our plans are tailored to the South-East Queensland climate and weather, so your plants will remain healthy for years to come.
Straightforward Progression
We begin all our services by creating a landscape concept plan for approval by the local authority or council. We use CAD software for designing and drawing, and we are happy to provide this plan in colour upon request. Next, we create a building stage landscape plan and self-certify any as-constructed plans for completed landscape work. We complete all these planning stages to simplify the building stage so we can deliver your landscape and garden correctly and quickly the first time.
